If you’re gluten-free, you’re always looking for a new way to invent your breakfast. This quick and easy take on avocado toast totally hits the spot. 

Instead of bread try out cauliflower hashbrowns as your base.

 Top it with avocado, Calabrian chili oil (from Trader Joe’s of course) for a spicy kick, and lastly sprinkle with seaweed gomasio for added flavor and nutrients.

Cauliflower Hash Brown Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 Cauliflower Hash Browns from Strong Roots
  • 1/2 large avocado
  • Seaweed Gomasio from Eden Foods
  • Bomba Sauce from Trader Joe’s or your favorite chili oil 

 

Instructions

  1. Cook hash browns according to package directions
  2. Load up your toppings and enjoy!
