Notes on Nutrition...

Let's get one thing straight, there are a lot of plant-based meats out there that are barely healthier than the real deal. In order for a plant-based meat to be something I recommend bringing into the rotation all of the time it has to check a few boxes:

It must have good nutritional value

First, off it needs to be nutrient dense. It doesn't exactly need to be protein dense because I really recommend eating a diet that is rich in plant-based protein throughout the day. So what I look for is a great amount of vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats.

What makes the taco meat?

This delicious plant-based meat is mainly made from pecans and hemp seeds, naturally packed with protein, manganese, healthy fats, omegas, iron, magnesium and so much more.

Why you'll love it:

What's so great about this vegan taco meat is that it's totally versatile. You can use this is tacos, tostadas, taco salads, taquitos, and anything else you can think of!

If you're on a raw diet, you can eat it raw or cook it up.  Either way, it's ready in under 10 minutes. That alone should make you want to give this stuff a try!

¼ cup Sundried Tomatoes in Olive Oil

Process Instructions
1

Put pecans, hemp hearts, cumin and tamari in the food processor and process until the mix is chunky. You want to still be able to see that the pecans are in chopped form, not smaller.
