Summer is here! Fruit and vegetables are plentiful and naturally they simply sound much more refreshing this time of year. To be honest, salads are hard for me to eat in the winter, even here in San Diego, I still find myself craving something warmer.
So right now is the perfect time of year to nourish your body with fresh ingredients from your local farmers market or even your garden if you’re lucky enough to have the space! I gathered up some simple salads to go with your next dinner, there’s even a few balanced enough to eat as a complete meal.
